Meet The Team
Jeremy Frost
Jeremy began his insolvency career at KPMG and qualified as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1997. He has been based in Croydon since 2003.
Jeremy is experienced in advising all sizes and nature of companies, ranging from smaller owner-managed businesses to large multi-franchise operations and professional practices, as well as individuals with personal debt problems.
Whilst offering general guidance to company directors, sole traders, partnerships and individuals, Jeremy utilises his network of professional contacts to assist clients with turnaround assignments, debt and corporate restructuring or refinancing.
In matters where formal insolvency procedures cannot be avoided, Jeremy and his colleagues will also accept appointments as Administrators, Receivers, Liquidators (of solvent and insolvent companies) and Supervisors (of Voluntary Arrangements) as well as Trustees in Bankruptcy.
Jeremy is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Fellow of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He is also Chairman of the local Croydon & District branch of the Federation of Small Businesses and is a member of the Croydon Ambassadors.
Dorothy Brown
Dorothy, who joined Frost Group in September 2008 and is based in the South Coast office in Verwood, has a wealth of experience, gained through over 22 years’ of work within the insolvency profession. She began her career at the Insolvency Service in London and then moved to what is now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she qualified as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1999.
Dorothy had been working in the Bournemouth area for 8 years before joining Frost Group and used her local knowledge to establish and to develop Frost Group’s South Coast office. She takes joint insolvency appointments with her colleagues should formal insolvency be unavoidable.
Patrick Wadsted
Patrick has joined Frost Group as a joint appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner, based in the newly-acquired London City office, in Waterloo. Patrick has over 25 years experience in the insolvency profession, having worked for firms based in London and the South East of England. He has particular experience within the property, insurance, financial services, music publishing, leisure and multi-location retail sectors.

Philip Waxman
Philip joined Frost Group in the summer of 2009 “as our friend in the north” said Jeremy Frost. Philip has an entire network of contacts in Manchester and the North West of England, through which he will be able to continue the Frost Group expansion and commitment to continuing growth, particularly in the north of the country.
Philip is a corporate recovery, turnaround specialist. As a chartered accountant with over 24 years’ post-qualification experience, he has been instrumental in restoring a number of businesses to profitabilty including a Pilkington Plc subsidiary and a Private Equity backed technology business. Adept at working as part of a team, Philip’s key strengths are in quickly grasping financial information, helping to formulate innovative strategic plans and using his negotiating skills to creative effect. His experience unusually spans both Finance Director and Corporate advisory roles.
Mark Pugh
Mark has over 24 years’ experience in business recovery and insolvency within top tier firms in London, including two years concentrating on merger and business integration projects, ranging from procurement, to office relocations and closures.
Mark’s insolvency experience has lead to him specialising in regulatory compliance and procedures within several top ten accountancy firms and he has been vital in developing a sound basis on which this firm can continue to grow.
The Team
Based at our four offices are a well trained, experienced and motivated team of insolvency professionals. These members of staff have gained their knowledge by many years’ experience working for some of the major UK accountancy firms and the Insolvency Service. All of our staff are actively encouraged to study for professional qualifications and we currently employ a number of qualified individuals. At the Frost Group we also have members of staff who are bilingual and between us we can speak a number of European, African and Asian languages.
