Areas of Expertise:
Mobile Telecommunications
A fast moving and increasingly competitive sector which
continues to evolve and expand rapidly. The sector
has considerable regulatory issues arising from Europe
and is likely to face further significant upheaval
in the coming years.
Construction
"Everyone is in the building game", it is just
dependant on the level. There is a significant amount
of truth in this statement, but at the front line contracting
companies have their own specific problems ranging from
contractual disputes to cash flow and general financial
and administrative issues.
Travel
The internet has had a profound effect on the travel
business. The ability to be your own travel agent has
fundamentally changed the way business is conducted.
Smaller specialists have an edge, but competition and
the pace of change can catch out the unwary and unfortunate.
Hotel
and Catering
For many people the industry represents an opportunity
to utilise their main asset to generate income. It
is also an unusual sector as a number of people move
into it every year with little or no experience. It
can be difficult, but for most a very rewarding move.
Services
I am able to provide a complete service to companies,
helping them move from positions where the wolves are
at the door and Directors/Shareholders see little prospect
of ever generating wealth, to one where they can look
forward to develop the business.
I have close links with
a number of Banks and factoring houses and also aim to
provide, either personally or through contacts, consultancy
services to assist your marketing, accountancy and administration
functions.
